With more than 10 years of experience in sales & marketing, banking, property management and close to 4 years of full-time specialisation in MM2H related consultancy and services, he has developed the market insight and familiarised with customers’ requirement in particular MM2H applicants from China, Hong Kong, Japan, Taiwan, Korea, Pakistan and Middle East.

With more than 20 years of experiences in sales & marketing, Dato’ Mark was attached to leading multi-national companies such as Pfizer (M) Sdn Bhd and Novartis (M) Sdn Bhd holding senior management roles in sales & marketing. Since then, Dato’ Mark formed his own property team to venture into business world. He has helped international home-seekers and property investors in finding their dream homes in Malaysia, and specialised in new property projects at prime areas in Kuala Lumpur such as KLCC, TRX, Pavillon and Mont Kiara.

Currently a practising lawyer with more than 5 years of experiences in handling conveyance, corporate and general litigation matters in particular drafting and preparing property sale and purchase agreement, housing loan documentation for banks and financial institutions, share sale agreement, joint venture agreement and other commercial contracts.

He has an in-depth knowledge and experience of corporate exercises including mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, corporate takeover, initial public offering and placement.
