You can enter, stay and live in West Malaysia (not including Sabah and Sarawak) with a long term residency pass (range from 5, 10, 15 and 20 years, depending on your category), without the need to exit and reenter Malaysia after 30 days or 90 days max stay per visit in a Social Visit Pass. 

With MM2H Dependent Pass, your children (below 18 years old) can enroll at any international schools or private schools in Malaysia anytime, without hassle of applying for a separate short term Student Pass. Having a MM2H Pass is also a prerequisite of enrollment into top-ranking or first-tier international schools in Malaysia. 

You can bring in your parents and parents-in-law as your MM2H dependents, meaning you can apply for long term residency identity for “3-generations of your family”, including your children and their grandparents. 

You are free to choose where to stay or live in any States or Federal Territory within West Malaysia (excluding Sabah and Sarawak in East Malaysia). You can also change your living location anytime you wish. No prior approval from the respective State authority is required.

Foreign remittance by the MM2H participants into their Malaysia bank accounts are tax exempt by the Inland Revenue Department (LHDN) of Malaysia. 

With an MM2H Pass/Visa, you can open multiple bank accounts in any local or international commercial banks operating in Malaysia, for the purpose of saving and investments. 

Malaysia is situated in the center and the most strategic location in the Pan-Asia region with ease of travel within 4 to 6 hours flight time to countries in East Asia, Middle East, South Asia and ASEAN. This is facilitated by the various low cost flight companies operating in KLIA such as AirAsia.
