[1] Handle MM2H Application Process

  • Provide you with the latest information on the terms and conditions to join the Malaysia My Second Home Programme.
  • Prepare your application for submission to the Immigration Department & Ministry of Tourism and Culture Malaysia (MOTAC). We ensure your application form is filled up properly and all the required supporting documents are attached and certified.
  • Sign on your Personal Bond with the Government of Malaysia as sponsor to guarantee for good conduct throughout your stay in Malaysia under MM2H programme.
  • Inform you about your application status until you receive the Conditional Approval letter from the Immigration Department of Malaysia. You will need to arrive at Malaysia within 6 months from the date of Conditional Approval.


[2] Assist You To Relocate To Malaysia

  • Arrange for your transportation and accommodation upon your first arrival in Malaysia.
  • Assist you to open a fixed deposit account with a bank in Malaysia and arrange for insurance policy and medical report (if required).
  • Bring you to the Immigration Department to pay the required visa fees and have your passport stamped with Malaysia My Second Home sticker.
  • Inform you on the various incentives you can apply under MM2H programme (such as bring in an imported car, buy a house or hire a housemaid). 


[3] Provide Additional Value-Added Services

We can provide you additional services and assistance you may need after you have moved to Malaysia as your second home:
  • House rental or house purchase
  • Apply for housemaid in Malaysia
  • Arrange to ship your personal belongings to Malaysia
  • Apply for students’ pass for your children to study in the international school in Malaysia
  • Apply to withdraw part of your fixed deposit after 1 year of your stay here for the purchase of house, medical and travel purpose
  • Apply for telecommunication and utilities services (telephone, mobile, broadband, electricity, water supply, etc)
  • Apply for starting up your own business or company in Malaysia
  • Any other services upon your specific request of which we can assist
