MM2H Agent Fees Are Now Government-Fixed: What It Means for You

2026.8.6

Since the revised MM2H programme took effect, the agent fee an applicant pays is no longer set by each agency – it is fixed by the Malaysian government under gazette P.U. (A) 185 (9 July 2024).

The gazetted fee is tiered by category: MYR 70,000 for Platinum, MYR 55,000 for Gold and MYR 40,000 for Silver and SEZ/SFZ applications. Every licensed MM2H agency charges the same amount, and the fee already covers the agency work across the whole application: eligibility assessment, document preparation, submission, and accompaniment through to visa endorsement.

What this means for applicants is simple: you no longer choose an agent on price – you choose on service, track record and licence status. Always verify that your agent holds a valid MOTAC licence before engaging. WANDA (MM2H) Sdn Bhd operates under MOTAC licence MM2H855.
